Sandro Hidalgo, 52, Miami, FL recently completed his first marathon. Sandro said, “In 2022 I ran my first half marathon but something was missing, I was still skinny fat with no muscle. That's when I discovered FFP and everything changed. Nutrition guidelines and MRT workouts were what my body needed. This year on February 2nd I ran my first full marathon. I learned that if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.” Sandro started at 164 lbs. and now maintains his weight between 140-145 lbs.
