Meet Joe Lane, 51, Wisconsin – Joe started his FFP journey in April 2021, tired of struggling to do the things he enjoyed most in life. He was also dealing with some obesity-related health issues. His starting weight was 250 with his initial goal being 200. It only took 6 months to reach that first goal! Joe's second goal was to reach the point where he could start Old School Muscle. That took another 4 months where he started OSM at 175 lbs and just under 20% body fat. Long story short, Joe ran the muscle-building program twice and ended it at 185 lbs.
