I feel blessed to have you inside the Fit Father For Life family, and I'm BEYOND excited to continue helping you make some amazing changes with your health, strength, & vitality with this OSM Phase #3 program.
As I mentioned in the program setup emails, my team and I will send you progress check-in emails on each of your “Strength Testing Weeks” on the program:
- Week #5
- Week #10
- Week #15
- Week #20
Although this OSM Phase #3 program may seem complex, it's really just 4x 4-week training blocks with “Strength Testing” weeks interspersed.
Focus on one block at a time. Make strength progress on the exercises you selected. If you ever miss a scheduled workout, that's totally fine! I intentionally made your “Strength Testing” a full week in duration to give you time to catch-up and reset before starting your next training block.
