Zinc Supplements
If you don't ingest enough zinc through foods or supplements, you may notice fatigue and other unpleasant symptoms of zinc deficiency.
Studies show that in older adults, zinc supplementation significantly reduces fatigue.
Zinc deficiency is linked with low testosterone levels in men, which is another common cause of fatigue.
Men need at least 11 milligrams of zinc daily, which is the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for zinc.
