Dan joined the Fit Father Brotherhood in the summer of 2017 after a family vacation to the mountains.

“I was looking at photos from our vacation and realized how terrible I looked and felt,”
Dan explains.

“I knew I needed to do something about my weight.”

This is how Dan went from weighing 302lbs to 227lbs.

Picture this – Dan is a 6-foot, 4-inch middle-aged man whom had tried countless weight loss programs for the last 20 years with poor results.

weight loss case studyPlans that were too expensive. Diets that were too restrictive. Programs that failed him over and over again.

“ would lose weight and then I would put it back on and more,”
Dan says.
“I was tired of logging all my food. I'd tried working out, but always got hurt. The exercises were just too dynamic for me at my age..”

Dan was frustrated, embarrassed, and feeling defeated. He needed to buy bigger clothing… again. Dan knew his weight was not where it needed to be, but the real push to start a healthy lifestyle was his grandchildren.

Dan knew that if kept on his path of unhealthy eating and little exercise he would not have the ability to play with his grandsons in the future.

So, he started searching for a solution. Dan jumped on the internet and began to browse for weight loss programs designed for middle-aged men.

That's where he found the Fit Father Project website.

“I read through the Fit Father website and thought ‘this could work for me!”
Dan recalls.

“So I signed up.”

Dan started his Fit Father journey using Fit Father 30X.

Fit Father 30X (or FF30X as it is known to the Brotherhood) is the world’s first weight loss program designed exclusively for busy men over 40.

FF30X is a 30-day online program that provides men with the step-by-step meal plan and time-efficient workouts to finally lose their stubborn belly fat.

“I saw results within the first week!”
says Dan.

“I finally had hope that I could lose weight and keep it off.”

The Fit Father programs are unique because they incorporate a holistic approach to weight loss. FF30X teaches Members how to lose weight quickly, yet in a sustainably healthy way.

The Fit Father workouts included in FF30X are time-efficient and don’t require a gym membership. The exercises are safe on joints and designed for older men.

“Every part of FF30X is practical,”
explains Dan.

“The program recognizes that I am not in my twenties and I have a busy life. There are a variety of workouts you can choose from. You don’t need a gym membership to participate, you just need to make time to exercise.”

75lbs lighter Dan takes two steps at a time while he walks – just because he can.

But Fit Fathers know that exercise is a small piece of weight loss success. The famous quote by Dr. A (the founder of the Fit Father Project) goes:

“You can’t out-exercise a bad diet!”

Weight loss is 80% dependent on what you eat. The meal portion of other weight loss programs is too often what fails men.

Plans that force you to eat rabbit food. Plans that completely cut out carbs. Plans with complicated recipes. Plans that are too expensive. Plans that your kids refuse to eat.

The Fit Father meal plan is the exact opposite. On this plan, you get to eat REAL food in big portions with delicious recipes that are easy to make!

“The Fit Father meal plan takes into account our busy schedules, it emphasizes planning ahead and it’s not restrictive,”
says Dan.

“I’m not forced to buy someone else’s food or supplements. And I no longer have to log my meals, calories or points. The program teaches us how to eat healthy without breaking the bank. The cost is very reasonable.”

FF30X includes access to a Community of Fit Father Brothers

The second piece often missing in other weight loss plans is accountability.

Men like you, who have attempted to lose weight in the past will agree that staying accountable can be difficult in the weight loss journey.

Having an accountability buddy, someone who will check in on you and push you toward your goals significantly increases your likelihood of sticking to your program.

That’s why Fit Father 30X comes with a community of Brothers. Men just like you, going through the same weight loss journey, who will support you, encourage you, and hold you accountable.

“The Fit Father accountability group is great,”
states Dan.

“It reminds us that we are not alone in our struggle to live a healthy lifestyle. By posting updates to the group, it keeps us accountable in our journey. And seeing other Fit Fathers succeed encourages me to push harder and stick to the program.”

Before FF30X Dan would keep his old clothes… just in case he gained the weight back…

Now Dan donates his clothing & is running marathons!

“Everyone tells me I look five years younger,”
says Dan.

“But what’s more important is that I feel younger. I’m no longer embarrassed by my weight. My blood pressure is like it was in my 20s. My cholesterol is so good my doctor told me to lay off my cholesterol supplements. I have so much energy. I’ve run two marathons and my overall health has improved dramatically.”

Here in the Fit Father Brotherhood, we remind Members that age is only a number. Age should never be an excuse for living an unhealthy life.

With the Fit Father programs, Members are taught how to live a sustainable, healthy lifestyle well into their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, because their families depend on them.

“The Fit Father programs encourage us to think about what matters most in our life and who we need to be healthy for,”
explains Dan.

“I need to stay healthy for my family. The programs reinforce something I knew but didn’t always live by – daily effort in small things and perseverance will lead to the big changes we want in life no matter how old we are.”

Dan lost 75lbs in 1 year using the Fit Father Programs

Determined to hit his goal weight of 210lbs, Dan will proceed into FF30X Phase 4, the newest program to be added to the Fit Father library.

weight loss case studyPhase 4 is the final phase in the Fit Father Project weight loss series.

It educates members on exactly how to maintain their healthy lifestyle, sustain their weight loss and gain lean muscle for the rest of their lives.

After FF30X Phase 4 Dan will have the opportunity to switch over to Old School Muscle. Most Fit Fathers after hitting their goal weight start the muscle building programs.

Old School Muscle (or OSM as the Brotherhood calls it) is designed for Men 40+ who are at their ideal weight and now focused on adding muscle.

“My weight loss transformation over the last year has been miraculous,”
states Dan.

“The secret really is self-discipline, healthy eating, exercise and following a program that was made for you.”

Summary: 5 Lessons to Learn from Dan’s Journey

    • Lesson #1:
Trendy diets are never the answer for Men 40+. Men over 40 with aging metabolisms and busy schedules need sustainable meal plans packed with delicious food.

If you’re counting calories or logging your food, it will be nearly impossible to maintain your weight loss when you start eating ‘normal’ again.

    • Lesson #2:
Massive weight loss should not break the bank. You can spend thousands of dollars on sessions with a personal trainer or a meal service, but never learn how to exercise and live healthy on your own.

Or with a one-time payment, you can purchase the Fit Father 30X program where you’ll be taught how to eat and exercise to sustainably lose weight and keep it off.

    • Lesson #3:
We are stronger in numbers. The weight loss journey can be difficult, frustrating, and long. It’s easy to get discouraged if you’re going through it alone.

That’s why the Fit Father programs include a community of other Fit Fathers going through the same journey – to hold you accountable, support you and remind you that it is possible to lose the weight.

    • Lesson #4:
The best plans are practical. To see weight loss success, you need a plan that is easy to follow, sustainable, and fits with your busy schedule.

Programs that are too restrictive or made for guys in their 20s won’t work anymore.

    • Lesson #5:
Men over 40 need a program designed for Men over 40. Age is inevitable, but it shouldn’t be your excuse for gaining weight.

You can lose weight and be healthy with the right program.

That’s why we created Fit Father 30X – the proven weight loss program for Men in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, because you deserve a program that will work for you!
