Due to the continued growth of our business, we're now looking for a General Manager to help support our Executive and Customer Success teams with daily operations as we continue to help our customers succeed with our fitness programs, supplements, videos, and more!

If you would like the opportunity to join a passionate team that works 100% remotely… is committed to excellence of our company… and is 110% dedicated to the success & wellbeing of our customers… this is likely the role for you.

Compensation: $70 – $80k, depending on experience and contract.

 

What Will Your Role Entail?

  • You will be the hub between our Executive Team and our Customer Support Teams, supporting with daily operations, issues, and project resourcing. 

  • You will be involved in discussions on key projects, goal setting, and KPIs in order to offer insight and ideas to move our mission forward.

  • You will monitor Company and Team Member KPI's, preparing regular reports and updates for the Executive Team.
  • You will be in constant contact with our Customer Support Teams, offering help with escalations, general questions and improvement suggestions.

  • You will closely monitor & improve key SOPs and process documents to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all jobs and important procedures.

  • You will work closely with COO to implement new, exciting initiatives as the company continued to expand.
