Tip 5 – Sleep
Never underestimate the power of sleep. It is recommended that you get at least 7 hours every night.
This will provide your body with the opportunity to balance its hormones, reduce stress, and lower your levels of ghrelin, the hunger hormone.
At the same time, Leptin will increase, which decreases your appetite and helps you to stick to your healthy eating plan.
Tip 6 – Fasting
Exercising on an empty stomach is not something that everyone can do.
However, if you are able to without any discernible difference in performance or side effects from exercising, then it can help you to burn more fat.
This is because the sugar in your body will be depleted, the energy for your exercise will have to come from your fat stores and will increase the rate at which you get rid of belly fat.
If you experience side effects, then you should stop fasting immediately.

Getting rid of belly fat is actually very straightforward, but it will take time. You may only lose a few pounds every week. This will accumulate, and you will notice a difference in a surprisingly short amount of time.
