Due to the continued growth of our business, we're now looking for another superstar to join our Customer Success Team and help support our customers through their health & fitness journeys with the Fit Father Project and the Fit Mother Project.

What Will Your Role Entail?
- You will work with the rest of the Customer Success Team to quickly and completely answer incoming emails, live chat, and voicemail messages from customers and prospective customers.
- You will be involved in discussions about improvements and updates to our programs based on the feedback you are receiving from current customers.
- You will be responsible for managing your own KPI's, updating regular reports, and offering updates to the Executive Team about performance and efficiency.
- You will be regularly capturing testimonials and progress updates from customers as they send them into the success team.
- You will be solving customer problems and regularly feeding back to the Executive Team where improvements can be made to operating procedures related to such problems.
