Here's how we suggest you use this new program:
- If you're currently on the FF30X Program Series (Phases #1-#3) and your goal is to continue losing weight… carry on with your current program. OSM Phase #2 will be waiting for you in your member's area when you're finished with the FF30X Series.
- If your #1 goal right now is building muscle (not primarily fat loss focused) and you haven't done OSM Phase #1 yet… then OSM Phase #1 is where we recommend you start. Again, OSM Phase #2 will be waiting for you in your member's area when you're finished with Phase #1.
- If your #1 goal right now is building muscle (not primarily fat loss focused) and you've already completed OSM Phase #1… then OSM Phase #2 is the perfect program for you to start right away. Log into your member's area and start working through the program overview and setup steps.
Either way, you now have access to this powerful program in the future.
