Services Offered

The Premium Coaching plan comprises of:

• Completion of an intake form, where you will advise of your personal aims, health history, injuries, likes and dislikes, current exercise and eating habits, etc.
• Completion of a mission statement, making the head trainer aware of your aims, your reasons for starting the program, and your desired outcome.
• Initial consultation call, where you will discuss your requirements with the head trainer, and further discuss any concerns or questions the head trainer may have.
• Development of a personalized program, based on the answers from your intake form, your mission statement, and any further information taken from your consultation call.
• A follow-up call to discuss your personalized plan and for the head trainer to answer any questions you may have or clarification you may need.
• Regular contact for accountability purposes, and check-ins.

Cancellation/Refund

You can cancel your membership to the Premium Coaching plan at any time, however, due to the nature of the plan, the in-depth discussions, and the preparation of an individualized program, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS ON THIS PRODUCT.

If you wish to cancel, please email [email protected] and you will be removed from further contact from our head trainer. The 1-year ‘Fit Father For Life’ membership will continue to be active and can be accessed via the members portal. Unless you decide to continue, access to the programs included in this membership will be deactivated after 1 year.

Confirmation of Doctor approval / Waiver of Good Health

Upon starting the Premium Coaching Plan, you will go through a full question and answer process, so the head trainer can get to know more about you, your health history and your current eating and exercise habits.

If, during this discussion, the head trainer decides that a Doctors referral is necessary, he will ask you to visit your Doctor or Health care provider, to confirm that they are happy for you to undertake an exercise and eating plan developed for your individual needs. If your Doctor is not happy for you to undertake an exercise and eating plan, we will, upon receiving proof from your Doctor that you are not medically fit, immediately cancel your account and issue a full refund.

If there is no reason for our head trainer to request a Doctors referral, you hereby agree that you have no illness, injury or other condition that could affect you during this coaching plan. You agree that you are in good health and accept all the advice from our head trainer on an information only basis.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged caused to you in connection with your use of any advice, goods or services on the Sites.
