rebuilding life

Episode 135 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about rebuilding life, facing challenges head-on, and how not to play the victim.

In this episode, you’ll meet Fit Father Chris, a phenomenal guy who, like many of the men in our Brotherhood, recently dealt with a lot of life’s challenges. And like many of our guys, Chris has found a way to change the way he approaches life and looks at new possibilities, and has created some really profound changes in a very short period of time.

In about four months, he made impressive changes, losing weight, building muscle, and looking more vibrant and energetic. But his changes are far more than physical.

Chris has been going through a major life shift — a renaissance, as he calls it. He’s been going through a divorce, and whether or not you've gone through one yourself, you know it comes with many financial, emotional, physical, and stressful changes.

Some men get overwhelmed by these challenges, and they fall down, playing the victim and letting their life crumble. But Chris has pretty much done the exact opposite. He's used this as a chance to shake up his life, rebuild himself, reconnect with God, and get his life back on track.

So if you're looking for some inspiration on what's possible regardless of how old you are or what life has thrown at you, look no further than Chris. He's totally changed his life in three months, and he’s only just begun!

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • How Chris’s health and fitness fell by the wayside, and what finally triggered him to take action.
  • The mental and physical challenges divorce brought, and what he did to combat them.
  • How focusing on emotional and spiritual changes helped him change mentally and physically.
  • How he restored his connection with God.
  • The consistent improvements he makes to stay sharp and move forward.
  • And so much more!

So, if you want to get the most from your health and fitness efforts, listen to this episode on rebuilding life, take some notes, and check out FF30X!
