Hello my friend!
I am so glad you joined our Fit Father Brotherhood. You have shown commitment to your health and we are honored to help you on your journey.
My personal mission is to help Fathers around the world live healthier. My Dad passed away before my 10th birthday and as I blew out the candles, I wished that other children would never have to grow up without a father. That wish turned into a promise and then into a mission. I would find a way to help thousands of Dads get and stay permanently healthy for themselves and their families.
It's been two decades since I made that vow and I'm proud to report that the Fit Father Project has already transformed the lives of countless men. And the best part is that we're just getting started…
Our Motivating Milestone is to transform 100,000 dads by January 1st, 2020.
We're a little over halfway there! And… I need your help to get more men committed to improving their health and join the Fit Father program with us.
