self-discipline

Episode 136 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about self-discipline and how you can finally stop the excuses and BS and drive real change in your life.

In this episode, you’ll meet Fit Father Ralph, a 56-year-old man who has lost over 40 pounds on the Fit Father Project. But that’s just a small part of his story! He has also dramatically improved his blood sugar levels and blood pressure and is now on a new path in life with a stronger mindset and much more vitality and strength.

Ralph has had a very interesting life and career with many different vocations. He was in the Marine Corps for eight years, a correctional officer for 25 years, and even ran an MMA gym where he trained cage fighters and did some fighting himself.

Throughout all of Ralph's careers and vocations, he was always helping other people achieve their dreams and goals as a coach and supporter. And in the process, he found that his own health had slipped. He found himself overweight, lazy, and depressed, sitting on the couch, flipping through the TV, and just lacking in life and vitality.

And what's so cool about Ralph's story is that over a very short period, he’s completely rewired his psychology and is kicking ass with his life. Just listen to his energy and how he presents himself, and you’ll see that this man is full of life and passion — with a lot of fight left in him!

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • How Ralph’s health fell by the wayside and the wake-up call that finally snapped him into action.
  • The benefits of intermittent fasting and how it helped Ralph.
  • The importance of the Fit Father Project Brotherhood Facebook Group — and what it meant to Ralph.
  • How to dial in your own discipline and consistency.
  • How to stop excuses and find accountability.
  • And so much more!

So, if you want to get the most from your health and fitness efforts, listen to this episode on self-discipline, take some notes, and check out FF30X!
